3. SMS/Text Messaging Policy (Carrier Compliance)

New Walk Church provides an SMS service to communicate with our community.

  • Opt-In: By providing your mobile number on a digital or physical form, you are opting in to receive text messages.

  • Usage: We use SMS to send event reminders, weather alerts, or ministry updates.

  • No Sharing for Marketing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
