2025 Easter Baptisms

Deciding to follow Jesus is a big, big deal—and it’s a decision that’s meant to be shared with your church family. We can’t wait!
Our next Baptism is at New Walk Church on Easter Sunday, April 20 at 7pm.
Please take note of the following information:
What to wear? Please wear a dark shirt and dark pants or shorts (light colors can be see-through) for the baptism. It’s recommended to bring a change of clothes, a towel, and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.
Who to invite? You are encouraged to invite your friends and family to witness and share this special moment. If there is someone who has been instrumental in your faith journey and you would like them to be with you during the baptism, please let them know. Parents are also welcome to participate with their children.
What will happen at my baptism? There will be a single line formed out front of the Cafe for those who wish to be baptized. A person will be there to take your name and guide you to the next available pastor for the baptism. The pastor will speak with you, briefly lower you just under the water, and then you will exit the water. Afterward, you will be directed to where to exit and go to dry off and receive your baptism certificate.
Spontaneous baptisms are welcome – if you decide in the moment, we will be ready for you even if you’re not registered.
