Group Leader Training (Levels 1 & 2)

We’re excited to see your interest in leading groups. Whether you’re new to it or well experienced, we have a Group Leader training for everyone.

You’ll start in Level 1: Group Leader Orientation – This Level is for those who are making their first step into Leading/Facilitating. It will focus primarily on an overview of the New Walk Groups system and process, and provide hands-on instruction on using the LEAD App.

Next, you’ll attend Level 2: Group Leader Toolbox – This level is for those who have completed Level 1. It is a required step to be the main Group Leader. It focuses on giving a Leader practical tools to lead their Group.

After this, you will be ready to lead a group!

Only Levels 1 & 2 will be available on November 2

OPTIONAL: We have two more levels that will benefit your role as a group leader.

Level 3: Leadership Skills Development – This level is for Leaders who have led at least one full semester.  It focuses on refining some of the essential tools, developing new skills, and includes a fun interactive workshop.

Level 4: Growing Lifelong Roots – This level is for those who have served as the main Group Leader for at least two full semesters. Group Leaders will focus on practical perspectives and tools to help each Group participant grow spiritually for the long haul.
