SUMMARY:Group Leader Training
DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to see your interest in leading groups. Whether you’re new to it or well experienced\, we have a 4-level leader training for everyone. \nYou’ll start in Level 1: Group Leader Orientation – This Level is for those who are making their first step into Leading/Facilitating. It will focus primarily on an overview of the New Walk Groups system and process\, and provide hands-on instruction on using the LEAD App. \nNext\, you’ll attend Level 2: Group Leader Toolbox – This level is for those who have completed Level 1. It is a required step to be the main Group Leader. It focuses on giving a Leader practical tools to lead their Group. \nAfter this\, you will be ready to lead a group. However\, we have two more levels that will benefit your role as a group leader. \nLevel 3: Leadership Skills Development – This level is for Leaders who have led at least one full semester.  It focuses on refining some of the essential tools\, developing new skills\, and includes a fun interactive workshop. \nLevel 4: Growing Lifelong Roots – This level is for those who have served as the main Group Leader for at least two full semesters.
